I’m a Georgia-based artist and aspiring costume designer. I grew up in Atlanta and currently living in Savannah to attend the Savannah College of Art and Design. I started sewing at the age of 9 from my mom teaching me and a neighborhood kid. I’ve continued to sewing since then. Throughout my life, I’ve experimented with art learning mediums like gouache, ceramics, and screen printing. But I found a love for costume design after I watched the 1987 classic “The Lost Boys” I loved that you could tell so much about characters that didn’t even speak just by how they dressed. I want to recreate that magic of noticing the little details of a characters outfit.
